We are looking for a Product Manager with experience of going product to market. Our future colleague has good communication skills to build a partnership with teammates. It’s important to be flexible and ready to work in fast-growing and changeable environment.
You’ll work with the Chief Product Officer, associate PMs, and development team.
New project you’ll take part in: CRM system for car sharing (US market).
What you’ll do:
— Define and deliver a product vision and strategy
— Define roadmap and customer scenarios
— Work with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders
— Define a set of KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and business impact with the ability to analyze them and utilize them in decision making processes
— Prioritize between existing versus new features and enhancements, architectural improvements and operational excellence
— Need to build use cases, business process flow charts and conduct User acceptance test and product quality sign-off and product documentation
— Manage product escalations and support knowledge transition.
— 2+ years of experience in IT sphere as a Product Manager
— Experience of launching new product from scratch
— Good understanding and working experience in technology development best practices (such as, Agile, etc.) and product management technologies
— Proactivity, willingness to take responsibility for the result
— Good communication skills
— English — intermediate
— Strong collaborator with the ability to develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teammates
— Knowledge of Jira, Confluence etc.
