You’ll be working on cutting-edge AdTech solutions, helping Kyivstar build a data-powered advertising ecosystem. Our team develops platforms that enable precise audience targeting, campaign personalization, and performance analytics — all based on high-volume, real-time user data.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Big Data solutions, focusing on system integrations for seamless data exchange via APIs, batch files, and other methods, supporting triggers, dashboards, and digital funnels
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of business processes, document existing workflows, and propose workflow modifications for future improvements
• Write and refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prepare formal requirements for cross-organizational projects
• Evaluate and integrate data from multiple sources
• Design and document data flows and data mappings
• Aggregate and transform data to meet the needs of efficient data processing
• Address user questions and issues related to the data management platform
• Evaluate and improve business analysis processes

Requirements:

• 3+ years as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Engineer or relevant experience
• Strong business value orientation
• The ability to write clear requirements and specifications
• Experience in database technologies with solid understanding and hands-on skills with SQL/Advance SQL/Hive. Spark, Python knowledge would be a plus
• Understanding of structured, semi structured and unstructured datasets
• Should have worked on end-to-end solution development
• Need to have understanding of data pipeline building
