KUNA Pay

KUNA Pay helps businesses by creating crypto bank accounts. This allows them to accept crypto payments from other businesses and settle in Euros directly into their bank accounts, avoiding direct involvement with cryptocurrencies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert target merchants in e-commerce, retail, and service sectors to adopt Kuna Pay and Kuna Products.
  • Deliver compelling product demos tailored to client needs, including scenarios like accepting payments via websites, apps, and invoices.
  • Provide quotes, negotiate deals, and drive merchant adoption of Kuna Pay to actively process payments.
  • Analyze client needs and industry trends to refine sales strategies for digital payment solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to build a high-performing team and achieve sales targets.
  • Report performance metrics, including demos delivered, merchant onboarding, and payment activity.
  • Achieve Sales KPIs and objectives of the company.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years in sales of payment processing products for B2B e-commerce, retail, or service companies.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver at least three successful product demos, leading to active merchant adoption.
  • Expertise:
    • Deep understanding of payment workflows, including online payment integration and invoice-based payments.
    • Familiarity with offline payment scenarios is a plus but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent presentation skills in English and native/local language fluency.
    • Proven ability to work autonomously and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Industry Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of acquiring (ideally crypto), who are most interested in payments processing services, payments — must, core accounts products, digital assets, and the evolving regulatory landscape in Europe and EEA. If no crypto experience — the candidate must understand what is crypto and how to use it, should be user of stablecoins.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong network within the financial technology, merchants and cryptocurrency industries.
  • Experience selling complex SaaS or financial products to both enterprises and financial institutions.
  • Knowledge of the VASP/CASP licensing process and compliance requirements in the EU.

Location Preferences

  • Primary: Poland
  • Secondary: Lithuania, Portugal, UK, or other Eastern EU countries.
  • Candidates with Ukrainian or Polish backgrounds, or skilled migrants with native-level local language skills, are highly encouraged to apply.
