Hey! We are Kultprosvet, a team of web and mobile software developers who care. Now we’re expanding and welcome talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team.

About the project:

AI cybersecurity platform that helps companies discover, secure, and monitor AI agents across enterprise environments. The product provides AI agent discovery, security posture management, and runtime protection, with support for platforms like AWS Bedrock, Copilot Studio, and N8N.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend capabilities;
• Solid experience with Golang OR strong backend experience with Python / Node.js and willingness to work with Golang;
• Experience with React and product-oriented frontend development;
• Experience building and integrating APIs, services, and distributed systems;
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS is preferred; experience with GCP/Azure is also relevant);
• Strong understanding of containerized environments and Kubernetes;
• Experience working across multiple platforms, services, and external integrations;
• Ability to independently investigate, prototype, and implement solutions in ambiguous environments;
• Strong system design and architecture thinking;
• Comfortable working with incomplete requirements and turning ideas into working solutions;
• Ability to reverse engineer integrations, understand undocumented systems, and find pragmatic solutions;
• Experience with CI/CD and modern development workflows (GitHub / Bitbucket);
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to move fast with minimal supervision;
• Curiosity and willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly;
• Upper-Intermediate or above level of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with GraphQL;
• Exposure to cybersecurity products or security concepts (EDR, posture management, monitoring, alerting);
• Experience integrating with AI/LLM platforms;
• Experience working with Bedrock, Copilot Studio, Claude, N8N, or similar ecosystems;
• Previous experience in early-stage startups (0→1 / fast growth environments);
• Experience building developer platforms or infrastructure products.
