We’re growing and looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to join our team and help us ensure the highest quality of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Conduct thorough manual testing of software products to identify bugs and usability issues.

🧾 Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements.

🐞 Report, track, and manage defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).

🛠️ Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

🔁 Continuously improve and document QA processes and best practices.

👁️ Participate in design and code reviews, offering feedback on quality risks.

📣 Communicate testing progress, risks, and results to stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications:

🧪 2+ years of hands-on experience in manual software testing.

📚 Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.

🐛 Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.

🔄 Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development workflows.

🧠 Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.

🤝 Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

🧍‍♀️ Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.

💬 English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher — comfortable working in an English-speaking environment.

🤖 Knowledge of automation testing tools is a plus.
