HR Manager

We are looking for Regional HR manager who will be responsible for all HR related issues.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all HR related issues for Kiev site
• Responsible for onboarding and off boarding process — including support during trial period, conduct exit interviews and giving feedback
• Lead and support HR activities: translate global HR projects locally Support employees on HR issues
• Build strong relationships with the stakeholders you will be working with and with the global HR team
• Influence continuous improvement in key people areas such as performance management, retention and engagement, and compensation/bonus rounds
• Update and maintain office policies as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor level in Human Resources or related degree
• 3-5 experience in an HR Generalist role
• High level of corporate awareness — Strong advantage
• Ability to communicate with authority, clearly and effectively
• Presenting complex information confidently and credibly
• Trusted adviser
