System and Network Administrator

• 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator (Microsoft)
• Knowledge of VLANs, Subnetting, Routing and Switching, good understanding of the OSI
• Virtualization technology based on VMware
• Practical experience with installation, administrating or troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and its most common roles (AD, DNS, DHCP, File Server)
• Office365/Azure cloud, Sharepoint and Teams
• PowerShell scripting
• Knowledge of Asterisk based IPBX is advantage
• Knowledge of Linux based OS is advantage
• Analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English

• Responsible for company virtual host server infrastructure. This includes installation, configuration, optimization and periodic patching of virtual host OS
• Responsible for corporate WAN, LAN and WiFi infrastructure. This includes deployment, initial configuration and optimization of company LAN and WiFi equipment
• On a later stage could cover company security team, into managing corporate firewalls, as well participating in any security related infrastructure projects
• Responsible for company virtual servers and network appliances backup infrastructure. This includes maintaining of backup server’s infrastructure, constant monitoring and periodic testing of backups
• Maintain IT infrastructure documentation
• Participate in Global IT related projects
• Responsible for the maintenance and updating of company hardware and software inventory
• Providing 2nd and 3rd level of IT support to company employees
• Diagnosing and resolving ongoing issues
• Evaluating new technologies for improving of service and network performance
• Following the relevant IT and security processes, policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards
• Provide regular reports: Change requests, Incident reports, etc.
