The person in this position will be splitting time between Jira/Confluence support
Our international team supports Jira and Confluence installation and operations for a large global enterprise corporation. Over 3000 internal users depend on Jira and Confluence for their day to day work, including development, operations, business, financial, marketing and other teams. Customer teams are located across the globe, Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Jira/Confleunce support team is involved in everything, from basic user access management, to workflows design, projects implementations, plugin development and scripting, installation, upgrades, monitoring and reporting.
• Must haves:
o Jira and Confluence installation and setup experience
o Installation and configuration of plugins
o Experience working with Jira users
o Experience with workflows, scripted fields, email-based workflows
o Linux knowledge (bash, grep, sysctl, etc)
o Good English reading/writing as well as intermediate English speaking skills
• Nice to have
o Groovy scripting experience
o Knowledge of the mail infrastructure (protocols, headers, etc)
o Experience with Crowd
o Python and/or perl scripting
