Senior Business Analyst (вакансія неактивна)

Currently K&C is looking for Senior Business Analyst for one of our customers to continue developing E-commerce platform which circulates around conferences, festivals, exhibitions and content marketing. Main goal is to develop a subset of projects around core platform.
Technologies used within the project: Java/Groovy on back-end and ReactJS on front-end, also Ember, Ratpack, Geb, Spock; JSON API, RESTfull API; PSQL; AWS. Development methodology: Scrum.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years thorough BA skills in projects dealing with E-commerce/IT/events marketing etc. (requirements management experience is a plus).
  • Good technical skills to write technical requirements and discuss with Developers.
  • Experience in working with allocated teams (as both: customers and developers are working from different locations).
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fully familiar with Agile.
  • English — fluent.

    What you will do:
  • Be the first point of contact for questions from the development team requirements, serve as a liaison between the product management (based in London and Switzerland) and development teams (based in Krakow and Kyiv).
  • Active participation in requirements gathering, product/service definition, scoping, decision making, and technical implementation planning.
  • Some direct interaction with end-customers (eg Marketers, Producers) with the help of Product Owner and Business Analyst from Customer’s side.
  • Write the detailed development requirements in Jira and review back with PO and BA from London.
  • Explain the details and answer questions from the Development teams.
  • Design thinking, modeling and prototyping of user flows and design wireframes.

    Would be a big plus to have:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Readiness for business trips abroad (UK, Switzerland, Poland) or willingness to relocate to Poland (Krakow).
