We are currently looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Team Lead SEO, who will lead our company’s betting direction.

Key responsibilities:
✓Direct responsibility for the growth (quarterly and yearly) of thematic, high-quality SEO traffic — betting;
✓Direct and regular communication with the C-level of the company, including the CEO;
✓Creation, coordination, implementation, monitoring and actualization of the SEO strategy (within the company, by team, by project, by each trusted specialist);
✓Creation, monitoring and adjustment of KPIs for Lead/Senior SEO specialists;
✓Participation in hiring SEO specialists to implement the strategy, training, and performance review (for SEO Lead/Senior SEO);
✓Direct participation in the development (at the level of logic and Test Task) of the company’s internal resources belonging to the immediate or adjacent area of responsibility;
✓close communication and collaboration with internal departments — Content, Affiliate, Development, Design, Linkbuilding;
✓Creation and evaluation of the employee’s training plan (SEO/Management/etc) aimed at the strategy implementation and systematic result growth.

Goals for the probation period:
✓ Knowledge of the structure, resources, and processes of the company, necessary to complete the full cycle of work with projects;
✓ Conducted and fixed with the head of the research market + strategy + structure of the project or projects + necessary budgets and resources;
✓ Conducted cycle of preparation and launch of the project/projects with subsequent indexing;
✓ At least 80% of planned queries in the top 100 in the selected GEO;
✓ Conducted audit of at least 1 project from the company’s pool.

What you need to succeed:

✓At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role or managerial position in Betting direction — the must;
✓Practical knowledge of building an SEO betting strategy based on numbers;
✓Hands-on experience in creating and monitoring KPIs for SEO specialists of all levels;
✓Practical experience in effective horizontal relations with heads of related departments;
✓Own practical experience in attracting SEO traffic in highly competitive niches preferably betting;
✓Strong analytical skills and ability to use analytical tools at a high level;
✓The ability to reasonably convey and defend one’s point of view in the professional field;
✓English at level B2 or higher (spoken/written).

Will be a plus:
✓Practical experience in launching large projects “from scratch”.
