KPMG IT Advisory and Cyber Advisory provides consulting services in area of Digital Strategy and Transformation, planning the architecture of business applications; automation of finance and supply chain functions based on SAP products or products of other vendors.

We are looking for an experienced SAP C4C Consultant. Consultant should also have good technical skills and good command of English.

Responsibilities:

• Taking part in the SAP C4C implementation projects
• Communication with business & key users to map their requirements and propose the most suitable solutions
• Analysis fit-gap on business requirements related to sales and service areas
• Make the business case for the SAP C4C (Sales & Service) technology solution recommended to the client
• Design, customize, configure, integrate and testing of C4C
• Document requirements, user stories, specifications for the technical team
• Setting up Lead to Cash business cases

Requirements:

• More 3 years of experience as SAP C4C Consultant
• More 2 full life cycle projects of SAP Sales and Service Cloud implementation
• A good mixture of technical/functional knowledge
• Proficient in C4C process configurations, code list mappings, KUT and UI Concepts (screen configuration, layouts, business roles) etc
• Language skills: you are fluent in English (written/spoken)

Will be an advantage:

• Knowledge and experience on integration with ECC/S4, Integration between Service and Sales & CDC, integration with 3rd party application and websites
• You’ve earned SAP CX Sales and Service Certification(s)
• Familiar in ABSL, UI Script, UI designer in Cloud Applications Studio
• Knowledge of S4HANA/ECC
• Knowledge of SAP CPQ
• You have other SAP CX or SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC experience
