• 4+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering
• Proven experience in building infrastructure on AWS
• Deep knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes — running production load)
• Experience in CI / CD processes (Gitlab CI, GitHub)
• Proven experience of managing production infrastructure with Terraform & Ansible
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana and ELK stack)
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL database (PostgreSQL (RDS), MongoDB & Redis clusters)
• Experience with message-broker software and In-memory databases (RabbitMQ, Redis streams)
• Understanding of maintainability, capacity and TCO aspects of technology/stack
• Technical curiosity and readiness to help across the team and learn new skills
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving capabilities and possibility to identify underlying issues and focus on solutions, not situations
• English — Upper-Intermediate

• Collaborate closely with the Software Development team and PM: designing, deploying, supporting and improving services
• Build and maintain highly available production systems
• Configure CI / CD pipelines
• Monitor metrics for improvement of development delivery
• Research various solutions to stabilize and improve performance, identifying and implementing new DevOps technologies
• Write documentation
