Required skills:
- Minimum 1 year of lead gen/sales experience in the US market
- Proficiency in written English language (Advanced)
- Strong written and communications skills
- Experience with Mailchimp and Salesforce
- Strong Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Any knowledge of finance industry
- Working USA hours (≈ 15:00-23:00 EET)

Responsibilities:
- Research leads via websites, LinkedIn, conference lists, industry databases
- Increase and maintain a database of CLO industry contacts
- Generate new leads and input in SalesForce
- Produce Salesforce reports and progress scorecards
- Create personalized cold email outreach
- Create personalized LinkedIn outreach
- Create follow-up campaigns
- Set up demo meetings between prospects and the salesperson
- Attend demos in US hours
- Document all demo feedback in digestible format and distribute to senior management and the product team
