Requirements:

+ 4+ years experience as a ruby or full-stack developer.

+ Worked on high-performance scalable SaaS apps

+ Good understanding of postgres, graphql and performance optimizations

+ Ability to debug technical issues and solve problems effectively.

+ Explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

+ Agile development methodologies and code reviews.

+ You have an interest in cryptocurrencies or financial products

+ You have experience with React

+ You have open Source Contribution(s) to boast of

+ Your experience with building web applications includes performant, data-intensive apps with large datasets (hundreds of millions of rows)

+ You have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related subject.

+ You have worked with tools such as New Relic to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks

+ You have experience with time series databases (timescale, influx)

We are looking for a Lead Ruby developer with at least 4 years of experience to join and lead our Backend team. This is a fully remote position. You will be working primarily on the backend, writing clean, well-tested code.
