About the Role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our PMO team and support software delivery processes while actively performing Administrative Account Management responsibilities. This role is tailored for a proactive individual who will serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams, combining administrative coordination with foundational project management duties. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in managing software development projects while developing strong communication and organizational skills.
As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in project planning, task tracking, and client communications under the guidance of experienced project managers. This position offers professional development opportunities and exposure to cross-functional collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination, client management, or administrative delivery roles. (Please mind that it’s a Junior role!)
- At least Upper-Intermediate English both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Understanding of KPIs related to project success, including delivery timelines, client satisfaction, and project profitability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Diligent in following procedures for time reporting, billing prep, rate changes, and delivery feedback cycles.
- Basic knowledge of project or CRM tools
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.

- Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
Responsibilities
1. Account Management Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their business objectives, expectations, and pain points.
- Facilitate regular client check-ins, feedback sessions, and health surveys.
- Coordinate with Sales and BDM teams for upselling, client history, and post-sale engagement.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns or delivery issues.
- Support rate revision planning and communication in coordination with Sales and Finance teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation (time reports, communication logs, feedback summaries).
- Assist with client invoicing and documentation required for finance.
2. Project Management Support
- Participate in planning, task scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Support project documentation and maintenance in ClickUp, Jira, or similar tools.
- Identify and track project risks, KPIs (timelines, satisfaction, profitability), and issue escalation points.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure aligned delivery.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work alongside Sales, HR, and Operations to align delivery with resource capacity.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts tied to active or upcoming project needs.
- Facilitate internal communication across departments to remove blockers.
4. Continuous Improvement
- Collect feedback from both clients and internal teams for service delivery improvements.
- Contribute to process documentation, knowledge base updates, and PMO best practices.
Work Conditions
- Work schedule: standard working day (flexible from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m EMEA time zone., Mon. to Fri.);
- Fully Remote: This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere.
