Solutions Architect

We’re looking for a Solution Architect who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. This individual will take ownership of designing scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across multiple domains. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients—playing a key role in technical pre-sales, architectural governance, and delivery assurance.

This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires deep technical expertise, a strong sense of ownership, and outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end for middle and large projects applications architecture and scalable web/mobile/cloud applications
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align architecture with business goals
• Lead technical discovery sessions and contribute to pre-sales activities (RFPs, estimations, PoCs)
• Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and governance
• Support engineering teams during implementation, acting as a trusted advisor
• Guide technology choices, integrations, and platform decisions
• Conduct architecture reviews, code quality audits, and performance assessments
• Stay ahead of technology trends and continuously recommend innovations

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in an architectural role
• Expertise in designing systems using modern cloud-native and microservices principles
• Strong knowledge of at least two of the following domains:
• Web applications (SPA, SSR, JAMstack)
• Mobile apps (native, hybrid, cross-platform)
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• APIs and Integrations (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, messaging queues)
• Data architecture (SQL/NoSQL, streaming, warehousing)

• Proficiency with architectural documentation tools and techniques (UML, C4 model, diagrams)
• Experience supporting sales efforts, proposal writing, and client presentations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead technical discussions with both engineering teams and business stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Solution Architect, TOGAF)
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD architecture
• Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance standards
• Previous experience in consulting or working with cross-functional, distributed teams

Working conditions

• Work schedule: Standard working day (flexible from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m, Mon. to Fri.);
• Fully Remote: This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere.
