— Minimum 2 years of team management experience. Proficiency in Team Management Skills Required;

— Proficient in analyzing market data, campaign results, and relevant metrics;
— Expertise in using CRM tools for lead management and customer data analysis;
— Understanding of sales processes, marketing principles, and strategies in IT services outsourcing;
— Competency in various lead generation methods, including cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and content marketing;
— Budget management skills for effective resource allocation in outbound campaigns;
— Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify target customer segments;
— Proficiency in communication tools and technologies for outreach;
— Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously;
— Upper-Intermediate level of English.
— Research potential markets and target clients, aligning company services with industry trends and sector needs;
— Develop outbound strategies and campaigns, selecting channels, crafting resonant messaging, and defining objectives and KPIs;
— Oversee lead generation and prospecting, initiating contact and nurturing relationships for service interest;
— Monitor outbound campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement;
— Contribute to the development of company strategy;
— Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service delivery teams for a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention.
— Oversee team leadership and development by setting goals, enhancing communication, fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts, and measuring performance, while mentoring, appropriately delegating tasks, and making strategic decisions to achieve company objectives and ensure team success.
