Delivery Coordinator (вакансія неактивна)

You will be responsible for:

• Collaboration with the Delivery department
• Coordination and support of the Delivery Supervisor
• Assigning tasks for administrative teams and tracking task progress
• Reporting, status updates
• Implementing new delivery processes
• Organising and participating in internal meetings
• Internal communication — writing emails, creating meeting notes
• Identifying possible risks and finding solutions

You are our ideal candidate if you:

• Have at least a B2 English level — can write emails and communicate with a native speaker
• Have a possibility to work non-standard hours (from 13:00 till 21:00)
• Understand project workflows and know the best practices for task setting
• Have experience of 1-2 yrs at the similar positions
• Experience of Project Manager position will be A PLUS
• Have strong communication skills, know how to approach each person and deal with conflict situations
• Attentive to detail and able to multitask, have a proactive mindset and a desire to achieve a cool result
• Have strong writing skills, ability to manage correspondence in a proper way
• Should we mention excellent Google Docs and spreadsheet skills?😄
