Required skills

— 3-5 years of proven account management, Sales or other relevant experience in IT sphere
— Strong analytical, problem-solving and multitasking skills
— Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
— Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
— Level of English: Advanced

Responsibilities

— Build strong long-term relationships with existing customers
— Keep current clients satisfied and deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
— Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
— Build strong team relationships, keep in touch with the Development Team on a regular basis
— Provide timely, professional support via calls, emails, or other channels
