— Provide a primary contact point for a second-line system report
— Drive the issue resolution process to minimize turnaround time for incidents
— Efficiently identify incidents against known issues, and perform the resolution workaround
— Identify new issues when seen for the first time, and determine and document the resolution
— Strive to structure issue resolutions clearly so they can be passed onto first-line support where possible
— Suggest implement long-term fixes to the code base, and suggest and implement admin tools to perform resolutions
— Provide guidance to dev teams on issue causes
