Required skills

— 5+ years of experience with TypeScript, for both frontend and backend applications
— Experience with React 16+, especially with functional components
— Familiarity with Node.js environment in general
— Ability to read/write complex but safe and efficient SQL queries
— Familiarity with DevOps concept and workflow, especially on AWS
— Familiarity with a wide variety of high- and low-level AWS services
— Level of English: Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities

— Work side-by-side with the project’s Architect to discuss, design, develop, deliver, scale, maintain and troubleshoot the application as necessary. The application will be highly distributed, with various components that will need to scale individually to meet very high and often bursty loads.
— Leverage as many AWS services as make sense to deliver quickly and ensure that the application can scale quickly and securely.
— Be involved in the decisions of which AWS components to integrate into the solution, how to build whatever it is that we need to build custom (front-end, back-end, etc.), which libraries to use to accelerate building various parts of the solution, how to configure everything, and so on.
— Lots of coding to actually build the solution, and lots of devops to continuously deliver it to our various environments (and build up and evolve those environments). It involves transitioning the application through the whole software lifecycle from concept to initial development of the prototype and MVP, to launch, to active development while in production, and eventually to maintenance.

It’s an extremely secure platform with the double authentication, sexy UI/UX and the only centralized login where you can get access and store all the premium offers from the leading digital EU-based companies.

The platform bundles different services to drive an engaging experience across divisions and ecosystems. First use cases of this platform will be in the area of gamification. It will be built on top of the group-wide single sign-on (SSO) solution, which touches the points of user identification, profile data aggregation and consent management to manage tracking and profiling in the correct manner. The goal is to create a more engaging user experience and drive increased top-line revenue.
