— 5+ years of experience as a SRE or DevOps
— 2+ years of experience working with Node, MongoDB, AWS, K8s, large-scale web apps
— Excellent programming (Node, Python, Ruby, Go or other scripting languages) and automation skills
— Advance experience with configuration management and orchestration tools (Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet)
— Experience with Container and Cloud technologies like Docker/Kubernetes
— Experience with CI/CD using Jenkins, Argo CD, helm charts etc.
— Experience with Amazon AWS (EC2, S3, SQS, ECS, EBS, VPC)
— Experience in performance diagnostics, capacity planning, performance architecture design, performance tuning, performance monitoring
— Experience with the use, maintenance and configuration of monitoring, metrics and logging infrastructure (Datadog, Sensu, Grafana, New Relic, Nagios, Pingdom etc.)
— Comfortable working with modern No-SQL databases and big data platforms (MongoDB, Redis, etc.)

— Work with the engineering and devops team to design, build, monitor and maintain the system for high availability and scalability
— Write scripts, deployment frameworks, tracers, monitors, auto remediation tools and automate the processes
— Lead and participate in performance, load and stress tests; identify bottlenecks, opportunities for optimization and capacity planning
— Participate in the 24×7 support coverage as needed
— Review existing processes and recommend changes or institute new processes as necessary, including the areas of monitoring, upgrades, and tuning, etc.
— Create quality project documentation of architecture designs, implementation plans, design documents, test plans, etc.
