— 7-8+ years of experience in backend development with Ruby on Rails
— Solid understanding of reliable design for big Rails projects
— Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL in particular)
— Understanding of frontend development (HTML/HAML/SASS/JavaScript)
— Experience in delivering large development projects
— Ability to recommend technology, architecture and provide solutions
— Level of English: Upper-Intermediate

— Tangible contribution to the open-source community or trackable record of public talks

— Contribute, design, build, extend, and support client’s application
— Be involved in all phases of development, from conception to deployment
— Maintain quality code with a Code to Test Ratio: 1:1

— Participate in daily stand-ups and design sessions with remote team
— Regularly do code review pull requests
