— 5+ years of hands-on IT engineering experience

Participate in the development of the central software components which is the main part of our control panels and which links these panels to external hardware devices from multiple suppliers in the Broadcast Business. This includes but is not limited to cameras, video switches, routers etc.
These units are usually operated by relatively simple protocols distributed over Ethernet or serial.
Daily tasks can be described as:
— 50 % of the time will be used in multiple projects working on new products/device cores or new features to the existing products/device cores.
— The remaining time will be used on a number of ad hoc tasks such as customer specific software adaptation, maintenance, bug fixing etc.
Many of the tasks will initially be done in close cooperation with the client’s Software Development Team.
