KITRUM

It’s been more than a year since I joined KITRUM, and I can only say that I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work in a company of this kind. My team gave me a chance to join the company having only a volunteering background and in these months, I have been able to grow from a Delivery Coordinator with a limited range of responsibilities to a complex role of Account Manager + Delivery Team Coordinator. This is exactly the place where I can gain experience directly from team leads and heads of departments, suggest improvements to processes and be assured that my suggestions will be heard out:) My team has been nothing but supportive, even in questions not related to work, which I immensely appreciate. In this year and a half, I have gained a tremendous amount of delivery-related knowledge and keep being amazed at the opportunities for growth I have at KITRUM. The only downside of my experience is that my friends are probably tired of me praising my team and mentioning different kinds of perks that are present here xD
