Head of R&D (вакансія неактивна)

R/D Team focuses on finding new substantial growth levers for the projects within the company’s ecosystem through rapid, data-informed experimentation.

Together with C level executives they identify new business opportunities and create MVPs to test hypotheses, bringing together marketing, product, engineering and analytical expertise.

You will have the following tasks:

— Analysis of the market and competing products and trends
— Forming the backlog of business opportunities and superficial analysis of it
— Establish short and long-term research and development strategies considering the current and future Company needs
— Be responsible for building the model of MVPs
— Working with the budget in the direction of development
— Influence the marketing and product strategy
—R&D team hiring and management (maintaining motivation level and ensuring efficient work).
—Working with internal and external contractors that will be necessary for the needs of R&D
— Interaction with the different departments (product, analytics, marketing, legal) to achieve goals

It is important for us that you have:
— Strong background in product management or marketing
— Experience working with web products / mobile applications
— Knowledge of qualitative assessment methods of product changes effectiveness
— Experience in generating product hypotheses and their validation
— Strong analytical & scenarios modelling skills with creative approach to solving non-standard problems
— Entrepreneur mindset, ability to generate ideas and think out of the box
— Delivery focused — you are driven to deliver tangible outcomes and you achieve this through ruthless prioritization, swiftly tackling challenges, and providing clear direction to the team
— Experience in managing the R&D team or people management experience (at least 5 people)
— Strong leadership, collaboration, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
— The English language proficiency — upper-intermediate level and higher.

We expect that during the first 3-6 months you will:
— Start new R&D stream in the company, create the strategy of its developing and configure all the processes within the team
— Gather the team for the needs of R&D (internal/external resources)
— Start testing the main hypotheses and working on the first MVPs
— Built effective collaboration with other departments of the company
