Legal Counsel (International) (вакансія неактивна)

kit/code is looking for hard-working and ambitious Legal Counsel.

For this position is better to have:

Hard Skills
— Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law from a reputable university;
— more than 3 years’ overall professional practice;
— 1+ year of relevant experience in IT;
— English level: Advanced / Fluent, both written and oral;
— experience working with international jurisdictions and international financial institutions;
— knowledge of corporate law, experience with Intellectual Property turnover;
— knowledge of corporate/tax structuring in foreign jurisdictions is a plus.

Soft Skills
— flexibility, strong self-motivation;
— initiative and willingness to work on a wide range of legal matters;
— ability to multitask / deal with a heavy workload;
— considerable self-organization and time management skills;
— ability to work in a team.

Your responsibilities:
— drafting and revising various commercial contracts, policies, and other legal documents;
— protection/registration of Intellectual Property objects;
— research and consultations on various legal issues within the scope of the company’s activities;
— working with financial institutions (opening accounts, passing KYC and compliance
procedures);
— corporate structuring for tax planning and optimization: resident and non-resident;
— communicating with law firms, service providers from a variety of jurisdictions.
