Head of Marketing Operations


We are looking for the experienced Head of Marketing Operations to join kit/code!

For this position is important:
— 3 years or more working in marketing planning
— has worked with multi depts in the field of marketing and product
— used to tight deadlines and a gifted communicator
— experience with Jira and tasks management platforms
— at least B2 level of English

Your future responsibilities and challenges:
— in charge of the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing department including planning of tasks and calendars
— analysing operational KPIs and setting dashboards to measure output
— working closely with each marketing department to determine proper processes and how to optimize them
— be a bridge between marketing team and other departments when it comes to dependencies and due dates of projects
— sole owner of roadmaps, confluence and Jira
— in charge of employee training and onboarding on effective task management
— owner of marketing platforms used to increase dept output and standards, marketing calendar and delivery of planned marketing campaigns
— supervise delivery managers of marketing dept according to needs
