Lead and develop analysis and reporting.
Identify, recommend and deliver improvements to the customer experience in the payment flow.
Manage, mentor and develop a small team.
Work with other departments of the Company on a daily basis to manage the day to day tasks.
Be the main point of contact for payment service providers.
Resolve operational payments issues quickly and efficiently.
Manage escalation of payment issues.
Managing a pool of operational tasks, such as fund flows and ideal balances within the payments channel, minimize chargebacks, maximize acceptance and etc.
