King's Choice

More than a year has passed since I started working here. I came to King’s Choice for an internship with almost no experience, went through an intensive training and onboarding, after which I closed my first vacancy and became part of this great team)
The company’s atmosphere is open and friendly, I regularly receive feedback and support. There were many interesting cases that we worked on together which gave me a good experience. Communication with clients is always at high-level so the number of disputed situations is minimal and all of them are always successfully resolved.
The recruiting system is as result-oriented as possible and is constantly developing, following innovations in this field. The company’s payment system is also transparent and open.
The work schedule is completely remote and flexible, which is very convenient for maintaining work-life balance. There is no micromanagement, I feel a positive attitude towards myself and involvement in all the processes — this motivates me to do my job better and work for a common result.
