Content Producer

Kindgeek is looking for a Content Producer who thinks in systems, writes with substance, and isn’t afraid to start conversations. Your mission will be to own our content engine end-to-end, turning the fintech expertise of our engineers, analysts, and delivery leads into content that reaches CTOs, CPOs, and founders at payment companies, banks, and crypto platforms. This role directly shapes how the fintech market sees Kindgeek and opens the conversations that grow into long-term partnerships.

This is not a “write posts” role. It is about building a scalable content system, producing high-quality content at volume with AI, coordinating domain experts, and actively driving outbound conversations on LinkedIn.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Content Producer, you will be responsible for:

• Building and running a scalable content pipeline across social channels, with Kindgeek website, blog, and LinkedIn as the primary focus;
• Producing high-quality B2B content at volume with AI tools, from ideation and drafting to format variations and distribution;
• Turning our team’s expertise in payments, card issuing, BaaS, open banking, and regulation (PSD2, MiCAR, PCI DSS) into clear narratives for fintech decision-makers;
• Coordinating subject matter experts across engineering, business analysis, and delivery: running interviews, collecting insights, and managing reviews;
• Running LinkedIn outreach: identifying founders, CTOs, CPOs, and product leaders at fintechs, banks, and crypto companies in the UK, US, DACH, and wider Europe, and starting meaningful conversations with them;
• Testing formats, hooks, and topics continuously, and doubling down on what drives engagement and qualified conversations;
• Improving content strategy through performance data, feedback loops, and close collaboration with our sales team.

REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for a Content Producer who has:

• Experience in content creation, SMM, or growth marketing, preferably in B2B;
• Hands-on, daily use of AI tools in content production and the ability to build workflows around them;
• Excellent written English with a confident B2B tone;
• Ability to translate complex technical and financial topics into clear, credible content;
• Comfort communicating with senior external stakeholders and internal experts;
• Systems thinking: you build repeatable processes, not one-off posts;
• A fast, proactive, execution-driven approach to work;
• Ownership mindset: you don’t wait for tasks, you create opportunities.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or B2B IT services;
• Understanding of growth marketing principles and outbound frameworks;
• SEO awareness;
• Experience managing personal or company LinkedIn pages.
