English — at least upper-intermediate (both: written and spoken);
Understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;
Good understanding of outsourcing business peculiarity;
A strong network of talented experts;
Good knowledge of different recruitment tools;
Experience in intervening and giving quality feedback;
Excellent communication skills (both writing and speaking)

Recruiting, executive searching and headhunting of IT specialists of different levels and skills;
Conducting interviews;
Communication with candidates (both active and passive, we expect you to keep in touch with them over time;
Maintaining relationships with candidates and participating in the development and maintenance internal database;
Writing feedbacks and summaries;
Providing analytics and statistics on requests;
Participating in the improvement of recruitment, procedures and regulations
