Middle Sales Expert — B2B Segment

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Expert to drive business growth in the B2B segment for our SaaS product. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic sales, particularly in HR tech, and be passionate about building relationships with clients. This role will involve identifying opportunities, driving revenue, and expanding market share through strategic partnerships and targeted sales initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for Sales Expert who has:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2B (SaaS) sales, preferably in HR tech or similar IT products.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong presentation, communication, and pitching skills.
    • Ability to understand and explain SaaS products, software integrations, APIs, and cloud solutions.
    • Proficient in tracking sales pipelines and reporting KPIs.
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work within a team towards shared objectives.
  • Self-Motivation: High level of autonomy with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Tools Proficiency: Strong command of Google Suite and CRM systems.
  • Language: Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Higher education in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of IT market trends and technological developments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Sales Expert you will be responsible for:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads and identify businesses interested in HRM/CRM solutions.
  • Sales Negotiations: Conduct negotiations, close deals, and maintain ongoing client communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Product Presentations: Deliver system demos and presentations, providing continuous client support and guidance.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Industry Engagement: Participate in HR/tech industry events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Product team to develop growth strategies.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships and new markets, aligning sales initiatives with company goals.
  • Market Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our HRM/ERP products and conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Work closely with marketing to understand customer needs and tailor messaging to specific audiences.
