We are looking for a motivated Trainee/Junior IT Talent Searcher (Sourcer) to join our recruitment team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of IT recruitment or sourcing, looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters, participate in team initiatives, and contribute to improving our sourcing processes while developing your skills in talent acquisition.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a Talent Searcher (Sourcer) who has:
- Understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;
- Finished IT sourcing or recruitment courses;
- Strong research skills (understanding and hands-on experience with modern tools for sourcing X-Ray, Boolean search);
- Experience in sourcing and screening relevant profiles on Linkedin outside of your network;
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
- Excellent communication skills (both writing and speaking);
- Can speak and write in English on upper-intermediate or higher level (both: written and spoken);

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Talent Searcher, you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing candidates daily to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conducting candidate mapping, sourcing, and assessments to identify ideal profiles.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with candidates to foster engagement and trust.
- Maintaining and updating recruitment-related reports for accurate tracking and transparency.
- Participating in team standups and supporting initiatives to enhance sourcing and recruitment processes.
