As a Business Analyst (Presales) at KindGeek, you will collaborate closely with the CTO and Account Manager throughout the presales process, taking responsibility for communication with potential clients and facilitating presales meetings. Your role will involve clarifying and documenting the client’s business requirements, preparing detailed sales briefs for the technical team, and creating work breakdown structures. You will also lead estimation sessions with the technical team and develop compelling sales presentations to showcase to clients, ensuring a smooth transition from presales to project delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
We’re looking for a Business Analyst who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- At least 1 year of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in a presales or sales support environment;
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including business requirements and functional specifications;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Independence in work and ability to prioritize multiple streams of work;
- Experience in the software or technology industry;
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira;
- Knowledge of API analysis and solution diagram creation;
- Sense of beauty regarding creating documentation;
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Business Analyst you will:

- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices;
- Prepare comprehensive sales briefs for the technical team, outlining client needs and proposed solutions;
- Develop and present tailored solution proposals, including detailed business cases that address client challenges and objectives;
- Create work breakdown structures (WBS) to organize project deliverables and milestones effectively;
- Lead estimation sessions with the technical team to ensure accurate project timelines and resource allocation;
- Design and showcase sales presentations that effectively communicate the proposed solution and value to the client;
- Maintain company documentation, ensuring historical data from previous presales efforts is recorded and available for future use;
- Assist in creating case studies based on ongoing and completed projects, which can be leveraged during the sales process.
