REQUIREMENTS

  • HR, People Partner, Business Partner in IT Experience over 3 years;
  • Leading a Team experience of over 1 year;
  • Autonomy and Self-Reliance;
  • HR/Management education or certification ;
  • At least Upper-Intermediate English level;
  • Our perfect candidate:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To be a business partner and help the company achieve strategic goals through successful people management;
  • Implementation of Company Culture, Strategy, and Tactics as Established by the C-Level;
  • Implement, update and maintain processes and policies in the organization to improve the effectiveness of the teams and the functioning of the company;
  • Build the strategy of the HR department based on metrics and analytics, business needs and strategy;
  • Constant work on implementing improvements in collaboration with C-level, department leads, and other company stakeholders;
  • Support the professional growth of the team;
  • Manage and be responsible for the success of the HR department, organization of work, and monitoring of results;
  • Support of the company’s HR brand and the level of employee satisfaction;
  • Make sure the Employee-Life-Cycle Processes are working and are effective.
