In the Banking Platform team, you will be part of a team of experts, whose sole mission is to ensure that our Banking services are running smoothly. The Banking Platform team monitors, analyzes and investigates the main pain points that affect our clients in Production.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a DevOps who has:
- At least 7 years of experience with containerization technology (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms;
- Linux experience: troubleshooting, Bash/Python/Perl scripting, familiarity with multiple distributions (Debian, Ubuntu, RHEL);
- Experience developing automation for CI/CD pipelines, especially Jenkins;
- Experience in Linux packaging and build tools;
- Desire to learn and participate in coaching junior members of the team;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Outstanding attention to detail;
- Fluent in English language;
- A customer-centric, empathetic mindset with excellent listening skills;
- An ability to focus on what counts, creating simple solutions to deliver fast results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a DevOps you will:
- Build and maintain our Kubernetes clusters (not just creating tools and deploying apps), but the emphasis is on being able to do this in a code-first way: infrastructure as code;
- Work closely with other teams to identify pain points and problems around the platform;
- Develop new tools and frameworks to improve data platform;
- Manage CI/CD. Design, develop, and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins;
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or AWS CloudFormation;
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues using tools like Prometheus, Grafana;
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations;
- Participate in code reviews and help teammates with constructive feedback.
