Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from pre-sale activities to the successful delivery of client projects. This role requires a deep understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in handling complex IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sale Activities:
- Creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS): Develop comprehensive WBS to outline project tasks, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all aspects of the project are well-planned and organized.
- Scope Management: Define and manage project scope, ensuring all client requirements are identified and met while maintaining project objectives.
- Proposal Creation Process: Lead the proposal development process by coordinating with various internal teams, gathering necessary information, and creating compelling proposals for potential clients.
- Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and project approach.
- Client Communication: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, address their concerns, and build strong relationships to facilitate successful project acquisition.
- Deal Closure: Work closely with the sales team to close deals with potential clients, ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sale to project initiation.
Project Management:
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Execution and Monitoring: Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve project goals.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status, addressing any issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
- Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Relevant IT education or previous experience in software development or QA testing.
- Project Management Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing IT projects.
- Communication Skills: Advanced English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address project challenges.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs.
