We are looking for a Manager who will lead Product Design Service change from the strategy level to Business Development, pre-sale, including hands-on implementation of this change in the Product Design team and align it with company delivery.
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer who:
- Has a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in web/mob design;
- Has 2+ years of team management experience;
- Has hands-on experience in sales activities;
- Has a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in solving business and users needs;
- Is proficient in UX, UI, requirements elicitation, user research, information architecture, wireframes creation and prototyping, etc;
- Has the capability to translate and convert business KPIs to tactical tasks;
- Has the ability to present, explain and advocate design decisions in the internal teams and directly with the clients by leading presentations, workshops, or in-person visits;
- Has excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, organizational, and analytical skills;
- Can speak and write in English an upper-intermediate or higher level and efficiently communicate ideas, design, and document artifacts concisely;

Would be a plus:
- Experience working in some of our key technology domains: FinTech, Education, Healthcare, etc.;
- An academic background (bachelor’s or master’s degree) in the field of Service Design, Interaction Design, Design Thinking, UI, UX Design, or another relevant program.
As a Lead Product Designer you will:
- Work on company strategy level;
- Lead Product Design Service;
- Organize Employee Lifecycle from hire to retire for the Product Design team;
- Take part in client proposals and pre-sale activities;
- Сonsider design from a business perspective;
- Analyze business needs, researching and implementing results into specific design solutions;
- Сonduct workshops on various topics;
- Guide and mentor team members on the design process;
- Establish and manage the UX delivery process in the project;
- Lead design projects, overseeing team efforts to ensure projects are delivered to clients’ expectations.
