REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory requirements:

• Practical experience with Agile Methodologies
• Experience in reviewing technical solutions to ensure it’s a correlation with business requirements and long term product goals
• SDLC Understanding
• Solid Project Management experience gained in a similar role
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills

Would be a plus:

• Working experience in writing business, functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience in FinTech Projects
• Proven ability to work as one team to support project delivery: managed project teams of 20+ people (including third party suppliers)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Day-to-day communication with client & team
• SCRUM Master for 2 Squads
• People management: 1on1 Meetings with teammates
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand the organization requirements for assigned project, developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes
• Blockers, dependencies & risks identification & handling
• Defining a project’s scope and goals
• Coordinating project staff
• Resource planning and allocation
• Managing project administration, including all documentation
• Meeting budgetary objectives
• Reporting regularly to senior management
• Managing client relationships
• Tracking project performance
