Key Responsibilities:

— Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

— Preparation and maintenance of project documentation

— Communication with team members, other company departments, and contractors

— Task setting and monitoring of deadlines, status reporting, and quality control

— Ensuring effective interaction between team members

— Assistance in testing and quality control of the product

Qualifications:

— Completed IT Project manager course (preferred).

— Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

— Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

— C1 level of English proficiency.

— German/French language knowladge is a big plus.

— Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
