What are you going to do?
— maintain records and manage calendars, paying particular attention to detail.
— Set priorities for all activities, including managing the transaction process.
— Maintain email (with a large number of messages) and task lists for current/potential clients.
— scheduling conference calls and meetings.
— Perform duties with a high level of confidentiality, discretion and honesty regarding confidential information.
— work together with project teams.
— Occasionally conduct research and other special projects.
We expect you to have:
— Preferred bachelor’s/master’s degree.
— knowledge of modern technologies, including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, CRM.
— high organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask.
— Confident, decisive and skilled communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
— Excellent spoken and written English (level B2 and above).
— ambitious and positive, proactive, flexible, patient and open-minded, with an excellent approach to teamwork.
— long-term commitments, willingness to contribute to the development of the company.
Since the cooperation will be with an American company, the work schedule is from 16:00 to 00:00 (Kiev time).
