Business Development manager

Required skills

• Experience in sales or related fields
• General understanding of IT subject field and processes;
• Experience in direct communication with foreign clients;
• Excellent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
• Strong written communication skills;
• Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, CrunchBase, Clutch etc
• Experience in writing cold emails, cover letters and project proposals

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with potential clients
• Conduct research on LinkedIn, Upwork and other platforms ;
• Generate qualified leads from different platforms;
• Create and maintain the Lead database;
• Run both warm and cold leads by submitting proposals for potential jobs;
• Run initial negotiations with prospects, identifying clients’ needs while providing clients with excellent communication;
• Close contracts
• Manage sales and marketing tasks
