Technical Project Manager

Job Summary Keymakr is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Technical Account/Project Manager to exceed client expectations by delivering top-notch solutions and building strong, trusting relationships with our valued partners. This key role will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, design unique solution architectures, drive revenue growth, and foster close collaboration with the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create project plan and milestones, serve as accountable PM of a project
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Onboarding and training: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, providing thorough training on product features and benefits.
  • Customer advocacy: Represent the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring that customer feedback is communicated effectively to product and development teams.
  • Problem resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that customers may face, working cross-functionally with support and technical teams as needed.
  • Develop best practices and processes: Create resources and strategies that help customers achieve their goals and maximize the product’s value.
  • Retention and renewal management: Work proactively to ensure high customer retention rates and manage renewal processes effectively.
  • Collaboration with internal teams: Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and continuous improvement.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
  • English — fluent.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and prioritization skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
