Job Summary: Keylabs.AI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to provide exceptional service and maintain relationships with our valued customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and collaboration with operations team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers
- Understand customer needs and develop strategic account plans to achieve business objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Provide regular reporting and insights to customers and internal stakeholders
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within existing accounts and new business opportunities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is an advantage
- Experience in the technology industry
- 2+ years of experience in project management
- 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and prioritization skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
