Job responsibilities:
1. Proactively monitor customer’s accounts
2. Resolve issues before they happen
3. Monitor all projects and be aware of their KPIs
4. Work with Operations and Sales so best possible service is delivered to customer
5. Be able to suggest most suitable solution for customer’s business model
6. Constantly have meetings or be in touch with customers to make sure they are doing ok
