Responsibilities:

— Manage lead generation campaigns on the Upwork platform;

— Create and customize compelling cover letters to pitch services to prospects;

— Establishing effective communication with potential clients;

— Understanding and clarification of the client’s needs, facilitating sales activities;

— Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through the website, social media, agency profiles, etc.

— Conduct business correspondence;

— Monitoring, recording, and generating reports for all active clients, including data and statistics maintenance.

Qualifications:

— 0-12 months of experience in a similar role as an IT Lead Generation Specialist or a related position;

— At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English;

— Experience with Upwork;

— Proficiency in utilizing lead generation tools, marketing automation platforms, knowledge of CRM systems, and Google Workspace;

— Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition to potential clients;

— Good skills in writing custom cover letters.
