Since stepping into the fold of this company back in June 2023, my journey has been a whirlwind of experiences—some challenging, others delightful, yet all contributing to the tapestry of our shared history. As I stand amidst the hustle and bustle of our office space, I find myself reflecting on the dynamic environment we inhabit—a space where the highs and lows of our collective endeavors are etched into the very fabric of our surroundings, quite literally on the surface of our communal tennis table.

Moreover, the lack of a structured work schedule, while liberating in many ways, can also lead to ambiguity and uncertainty. Without clear guidelines, individuals may struggle to prioritize tasks effectively or align their efforts with broader organizational goals. This could potentially result in inefficiencies and missed opportunities for growth and development.

In the grand tapestry of our professional journey, I owe a debt of gratitude to the visionary leadership of the Kevуches. Their unwavering support and belief in our potential have not only shaped my own trajectory but also fostered a culture where serendipitous encounters and meaningful connections flourish. However, it’s important to acknowledge that no organization is without its flaws, and there’s always room for improvement in how we navigate the complexities of our work environment.

As I ponder the road ahead, I’m filled with a sense of excitement and possibility. For in this vibrant ecosystem we call home, the boundaries of what’s possible are limited only by the bounds of our imagination. Коли я прийшов в компанію, у червні 2023го, і дотепер було всяке: погане, хороше, веселе і сумне. Тому хочу описати своїми словами над чим працюю і як це впливає на колег, колєґ і на мене. 


У офісі є тенісний стіл, навколо якого пишеться історія компанії, до якої працюючи тут ти долучаєшся.
Середовище співробітників організовано у робочих кімнатах, овпенспейсі, етс., які розташовані на трьох поверхах.

А тепер про цікаве, чим саме займається ітекомпанія.
Графіку роботи немає, працюй, так щоб сам був задоволений результатом і резульмамою(ми тут за фемінітиви). Зазвичай мій день починається з капучино на кухні, де ми також збираємось на настолки, святкування ДН чи потрапити на фотосесію для глянцевого журналу, або качнути 2-3 підходи на турнічку. Ще до того, як у нас з’явився в користуванні 8 поверх, то сюди можна було втекти на семінар по хардскілах.



Все залежить від тебе. Дякую кевичам за нагоду тут працювати, я міг шось пропустити, всі збіги з реальними людьми не випадкові
