We are looking for a Middle Project Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Manage multiple game art and development projects simultaneously from kickoff to final delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients: gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction
- Build detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones; track progress and proactively manage risks
- Lead cross-functional teams of artists, developers, QA, and other specialists
- Conduct regular status meetings, reporting, and retrospectives with both clients and internal teams
- Identify scope changes, negotiate adjustments, and manage change requests effectively
- Ensure delivery quality by reviewing deliverables before client submission
- Collaborate with Account Management and BD teams to support upsells and project renewals
- Continuously improve internal processes, templates, and workflows for efficiency
WILL BE A PLUS:
- PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
- Experience working directly with AAA game studios or major publishers
- Technical background in game art or game development
- Experience building or scaling PM processes in a growing studio
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a creative production context
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a game development or art outsourcing studio
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and international clients simultaneously
- Strong understanding of game development and game art production pipelines (3D, 2D, Animation, UE5/Unity)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
- Experience with project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or similar
- Solid skills in planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Ability to make decisions independently under pressure and in ambiguous situations
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating creative teams
