We are looking for a Business Analyst.


  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to digest big data scope within limited time frames.
  • 3+ years of working experience with a BA in IT.
  • Experience in elicitation and gathering requirements from clients.
  • Experience in preparing presentations and proposals for clients.
  • Exceptional facilitation and presentational skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate+ spoken and written English.

Will be a plus::

  • Experience with complex projects (fintech, healthcare etc).
  • Experience in conducting project discovery phases.
  • Knowledge of project estimation methods.


  • Analysis of client’s RFPs, identify client needs and key business requirements.
  • Elicit user, system, and solution requirements on pre-sales activities and discovery phases.
  • Work closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
  • Take part in preparing project and solutions estimates with technical leads and project managers.
